'Charlotte's Web' concludes at Stage West: 2 p.m., Stage West Community Playhouse, 8390 Forest Oaks Blvd., Spring Hill. This is a children's production based on the award-winning children's novel by E.B. White. Florida State Parks 75th Anniversary Celebration: 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, 6131 Commercial Way, Weeki Wachee. There will be a history presentation about Florida state parks and special mermaid performances by current and former mermaids. Beach Ball for Habitat for Humanity: 6:30 p.m., Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, 6131 Commercial Way. This evening gala is a semiformal event with an "elegant swashbuckler" theme; appropriate dress is bow tie and flip flops. The evening will include a performance by the Weeki Wachee mermaids, a "Taste of the Town" that includes a selection of local restaurants' signature cuisine, a silent auction, dancing and other activities. Individual tickets are $35 each; if purchasing five to seven tickets, the cost is $30 each; if eight or more tickets are purchased, they are $25 each. VIP tickets are $50 each. Forest Oaks of Spring Hill Summer Concert Series presents Clay Kirk and the Classics: 6-8 p.m., Forest Oaks of Spring Hill, 8055 Forest Oaks Blvd. This is an outdoor summer concert featuring the country and gospel sounds of Clay Kirk and the Classics. A meet-and-greet autograph session with the "American Dream" Dusty Rhodes opens the event, which features eight matches between World Wrestling Entertainment's NXT stars and Divas in Action. Save Our Gulf Coast Beach Party: 6 p.m., Aripeka Elks Lodge, 9135 Denton Ave., Hudson. Prizes will be awarded for best costumes. Guests can come dressed as their favorite bird, turtle or other animal found along gulf coast beaches. Music will be provided by Stan Prinston. Food will be sold. Admission is a bottle of Blue Dawn dish detergent, along with any unwanted towels and sheets. Everything collected will be delivered to the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary in St. Petersburg or other agencies participating in the oil spill cleanup. (727) 863-2520.

Splash Bash Benefit for Habitat for Humanity: 10 a.m.-4 p.m., Buccaneer Bay at Weeki Wachee Springs, 6131 Commercial Way, Weeki Wachee. Includes a celebrity cook-off, cannon ball contest, horseshoe tournament, celebrity volleyball and the Weeki Wachee mermaids. Buccaneer Bay has water slides, a beach area and kiddie pools. Funds raised will benefit Habitat for Humanity of Hernando County. Tickets purchased by Aug. 17 are $15 for adults, $10 for children ages 6-12, and free for children 5 and younger. Spring Hill Opera Lovers Club Sixth Anniversary Celebration: 11 a.m., Forest Glenn Retirement Village, 1431 Friar Tuck Lane, Spring Hill.
