INDIAN ROCKS BEACH — Authorities have arrested an Ohio man they say simulated a sex act in front of a group of teen girls who were sunbathing on the beach. Jesse Woolum, 54, of Goshen, Ohio, was arrested on a charge of lewd and lascivious exhibition. He is vacationing in the area. According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, Woolum approached four girls — three who are 16 and one who is 15 — around 4:44 p.m. Wednesday and began simulating a sex act. The girls got up and went into the water, but a bystander who saw the incident confronted the man and called the sheriff's office. Deputies arrested him Thursday evening as he headed into a Clearwater Beach hotel where he was staying.
