DADE CITY — Charles Ricardo Rosales, charged in July with keeping pills and marijuana plants in his mobile home, pleaded guilty Friday to drug charges and was sentenced to two years of probation.
Authorities also said Rosales, 29, of Zephyrhills, was a gang member. So as part of his probation, he can no longer associate with his "Legion of Doom" affiliates and must give up his gang jacket.
Rosales' girlfriend Shannon Amsler was also arrested on the same drug charges, plus a charge of child neglect because there was an 8-year-old boy in their mobile home on Central Avenue. The charges against Amsler have since been dropped.
