DUNEDIN — Area voters are invited to attend a County Commission Candidates and Florida Constitutional Amendments forum at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Hale Activity Center, 330 Douglas Ave..
The event is being hosted by the Dunedin Chamber of Commerce and moderated by the League of Women Voters.
After a presentation on the ballot's amendments, candidates running for County Commission will take the stage. Candidates are incumbent Susan Latvala and former Dunedin Mayor Bob Hackworth for the District 4 seat, and incumbent Calvin Harris and Norm Roche for the at-large seat.
Candidates will give an opening statement, then have two questions posed to them, all provided by chamber members. Each candidate also will have the chance to make a closing statement, in which they may rebut any statements made, clarify comments or answer questions posed to the other candidates.
