POSH Hair Studio, 14233 Powell Road, Spring Hill, will have its third annual Cutting for a Cure fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, in memory of Jenna Cucciniello, niece of owner Susan Alascia.

Jenna Cucciniello was diagnosed with a brain tumor and died Feb. 2, 2007.

Each year, in memory of her niece, Alascia holds a fundraiser to benefit St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. All haircuts are $20, and 100 percent of the proceeds will go to the hospital for brain tumor research.

Donations will be accepted. Raffles, entertainment, a dunk tank and refreshments will be offered. Sponsors include Allied Veterans of the World, Felony's Bar & Grill, Deli-Licious and the Wine Toad, which will hold a Drinking for a Cure event in conjunction with the hair-cutting event.

Hernando Biz … Net-Connecting for You, a networking group, will meet at 7:30 a.m. Wednesday at Silverthorn Country Club, 4550 Golf Club Lane, Spring Hill.

Green World Path, 1665 Donto Way, Brooksville, will offer a free educational program on the "Green Movement" at 6 p.m. Thursday.

The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce will have its monthly Networking at Noon luncheon from noon to 1 p.m. Friday at Cara Mia's Restaurant, 3429 Deltona Blvd., Spring Hill.

The Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce will offer a two-day workshop, "Maximizing Your Time," from 8 a.m. to noon Friday and Oct. 15 at the chamber's training room, 15588 Aviation Loop Drive, south of Brooksville.

Participants will learn practical ways to assess their time-management effectiveness and create a personal plan for improving their skills. Each participant will receive a personalized "time mastery profile."

The workshop will be conducted by Lori Bainum, a corporate trainer specializing in communication, team building, leadership and motivational speaking.
