In September, eighth-graders at St. Cecelia School participated in a day of service for the homeless at Pinellas Hope, where they spent an afternoon building platforms for tents that normally sit on bare ground.

An initiative of Bishop Robert Lynch, the students were asked to earn funds at home for the purchase of wood, nails and screws.

St. Cecelia School strives to provide a strong spiritual and academic foundation so that its students become responsible members of the church and community.
