Several offices won't appear on the general election ballot because the seats have already been decided — one way or another.

Pasco School Board member Allen Altman and state Reps. John Legg and Rich Glorioso won reelection the easy way: They didn't draw an opponent.

By contrast, Richard Corcoran had a heated three-way Republican primary for the open state House seat in District 45. But he emerged the victor in the Aug. 24 election, and after a write-in candidate dropped out, Corcoran officially clinched the seat.

Circuit Judge Michael Andrews and County Judge Debra Roberts both won reelection on the primary ballot. Kimberly Todd and Patrice Moore also won spots on the Pinellas-Pasco bench on Aug. 24.

Chief Judge Thomas McGrady and Judges Peter Ramsberger, Jack Helinger and Cynthia Newton sailed into new terms without opposition.
