TAMPA — Police arrested a 39-year-old man Wednesday and accused him of sexually abusing three young female relatives.
Jimmy George Clarke was charged with incest and five counts of sexual battery, said Tampa police spokeswoman Andrea Davis.
The girls are ages 14, 10 and 7.
Police said Clarke committed sexual acts, including intercourse, while the three family members were under his care. For the past year and a half, the man abused the 14-year-old with monthly breast and cervical exams even though he is not a doctor, police said.
The girls' mother called police. Clarke was arrested at 97th Avenue and 43rd Street.
Police said the children are in protective custody.
