TAMPA — A Tampa golf professional was booked into jail Wednesday on 10 counts of possession of child pornography.
David Kenneth Glandt, the head golf pro at Tampa Palms Golf & Country Club, turned himself in at about 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
Glandt, 42, is listed on the club's website as having been the head golf pro since 2010. Calls to the club weren't immediately returned, and it's unclear if he taught children.
Deputies say they searched Glandt's home on Sept. 30 and seized a computer. They found numerous pornographic photos of children between 7 and 15 years old, the Sheriff's Office reported.
His bail was set at $75,000.
