PORT RICHEY — George A. Baldwin, a 34-year-old construction worker, is accused of sexually molesting a 15-year-old girl. Baldwin of New Port Richey was arrested Tuesday. He is charged with lewd and lascivious battery.
The Pasco County Sheriff's Office said the abuse happened in May and June in Port Richey. Baldwin and the teenager were acquaintances, said Kevin Doll, spokesman for the Sheriff's Office.
Baldwin was released from the Pasco County jail on Tuesday, five hours after he was booked, on $50,000 bail.
