ST. PETERSBURG — First Community Bank at 6100 Fourth St. N was robbed around lunchtime, according to St. Petersburg police.
The robbery occurred at 12:10 p.m. when the robber entered the bank and handed a teller a note demanding cash, police said. The teller complied, and the robber left.
No one reported seeing a weapon, police said. No one was injured.
The robber is described as a white man in his mid 30s, about 5 feet 8 with a thin build. He was wearing a New York Yankees cap, a blue shirt and blue jeans, police said. No vehicle was seen.
