ST. PETERSBURG — A school bus full of students crashed into a house at 3901 38th St. N, according to St. Petersburg Fire and Rescue.
There were about 20 children on the bus, according to Lt. Joel Granata, but none appear to have suffered any serious injuries. Four of the students may be taken to a local hospital, he said.
The female driver of the bus was taken to St. Petersburg Hospital with serious injuries, Granata said.
The crash took place at 2:07 p.m. There were no reports of anyone inside the home being injured, but the residents were evacuated and firefighters are trying to reinforce the structure.
