Tampa Bay Tap Dancing Festival: The Marcia P. Hoffman Performing Arts Institute at Ruth Eckerd Hall will present the Tampa Bay Tap Dancing Festival, featuring workshops by tap dance duo Avi Miller and Ofer Ben, and Mark Goodman. Other festival highlights include a tap showcase and a drumming circle. There will be two levels offered for dancers ages 10 and older. A Gallery Experience With Hal Stowers: Hal Stowers, artist, landscape architect and environmentalist, together with his wife and creative partner B.J.
