aNGELUS EXTENDS SCARY FUN STUFF UNTIL HALLOWEEN
The Halloween season has always been special at the Angelus complex. This year, the fifth for the renowned complex for disabled people, it has expanded well beyond the usual haunted house. Now the scary stuff extends throughout the 25 acres and includes not only a 20-room house but also a 40-foot haunted pirate ship, a haunted trail through the woods, hayrides and several other treats for the kids. Everything, naturally, is handicap accessible. The haunting will begin at 6:30 p.m. today and continue every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout October. And, of course, the complex will be open on Halloween night, Oct. 31. Tickets prices begin at $9, but there are several packages including a family pass.
