PORT RICHEY — One person is dead after a four-vehicle pileup on Ridge Road near Galen Wilson Boulevard about 3:20 p.m. Tuesday.
A dump truck headed east on Ridge Road slammed into the back of a yellow pickup, according to the Florida Highway Patrol. The pickup then plowed into a black Mustang, which crashed into a black SUV. The driver of the yellow pickup was pronounced dead at the scene, FHP said.
Authorities have not released the names of anyone involved.
