SEFFNER — One man went to the hospital and another went on the run Thursday night after an argument ended with a shooting.
Hillsborough County deputies said a man and his girlfriend went to 6416 Frank Herlong Drive to visit a man who lived there. At 6:45 p.m., an argument escalated into man shooting the visitor in the thigh.
The visitor's girlfriend drove him to the Flying J Travel Plaza at 11555 Sligh Ave., and from there an ambulance took him to Tampa General Hospital. He had non-life threatening injuries, deputies said.
Deputies said the suspect ran away from the home and they were still searching for him late Thursday night.
