St. Joseph Church Fall Festival: The festival featuring carnival rides, games, kiddie rides, entertainment and ethnic foods runs from 5 to 11 p.m. today, 3 p.m. to midnight Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 3012 W Cherry St. There will also be a rummage sale Saturday and Sunday. St. John Greek Church Fall Fest: Kids can dance with Yo Gabba Gabba characters at the family fun festival from 6 to 9 p.m. today at St. John Greek Orthodox Church and School, 2418 W Swann Ave. The event also includes a costume contest, carnival games, face painting and food. Yoga seminar: The fourth annual Amrit Yoga Seminar and Retreat taught by Gurudev Yogi Amrit Desai, a renowned yogi, philosopher and spiritual leader, is today through Sunday at the Hindu Temple of Florida, 5509 Lynn Road. The retreat includes discussions and demonstrations on various methods of yoga and meditation for beginners and advanced yoga students. Participants can attend all or part of the weekend event. Baha'i 'Meeting of the Minds": A free dinner and "Meeting of the Minds" presentation titled "Questioning Our Personal Perceptions of Faith and Religion" is from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Saturday at Baha'i Faith Worship and Community Center, 3112 Nundy Road. Anthony Ballard, a professor of speech and interpersonal communication at St. Petersburg College, will conduct the presentation. Second annual Hallelujah Night: Hallelujah Night, an alternative Halloween option with games, contests, prizes and skating to contemporary Christian music, is from 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at United Skates of America, 5121 N Armenia Ave. The cost is $10 per person; $5 per person with church/youth groups in advance.
