CLEARWATER — A man was shot and killed during a dispute Tuesday evening, officials said. Police had the alleged shooter, also a male, in custody.
The shooting occurred in the 1100 block of Tangerine Street.
Officials received several calls of shots being fired at about 8:30 p.m., said Elizabeth Watts, the city's public safety spokeswoman.
"The shooting stemmed from some type of dispute but police have not identified exactly what that was at this time," Watts said.
Police didn't release any more details late Tuesday.
